AC sizing

Actual cooling loads depend on construction, glazing, orientation, infiltration, internal gains, ventilation and other factors. Use professional HVAC load calculations for projects, large spaces or decisions where an incorrect capacity would create material cost or safety issues.

Electricity cost

Cost estimates use published residential tariff tiers and optional VAT assumptions. They do not reproduce every line item that may appear on a real electricity bill.
