18 halala/kWh for the first 6,000 kWh per month and 30 halala/kWh above that threshold. The baseline-home-use field matters because only the portion above the threshold moves into the higher tier.
Use input power, not cooling tons
If possible, enter the unit’s electrical input power from its technical data or energy label. A cooling ton or BTU/h figure is a cooling-capacity unit, not electrical consumption.
Multiple units
The unit-count field assumes the ACs are broadly identical and run for similar hours at a similar load factor. For mixed units, calculate each group separately.
