How to Read a Saudi AC Energy Label
A correct capacity is only the first filter. The label helps you compare efficiency and annual energy use between units that can actually serve the same space.
What to check
- Cooling capacity: confirm the unit is in the capacity range you need.
- Efficiency level: compare the A–G classification shown under the applicable Saudi label requirements.
- SEER / seasonal efficiency: a higher seasonal-efficiency figure indicates more cooling output per unit of electricity under the test method.
- Annual energy consumption: useful for comparing the expected energy demand of two correctly sized products.
- Electrical input power: useful in our running-cost calculator.
